Healthy Living is being sued by their rival Nutrimost in a Federal Court lawsuit. The Federal lawsuit is making the claim that Healthy Living stole a video promoting a diet by Nutrimost.
In the lawsuit, the claim by Nutrimost that not only did they go to the Nutrimost website and steal the video, they removed all the references to Nutrimost and changed them to the “Can’t Lose Diet” while keeping the testimonials of the Nutrimost customers and its principal, Dr. Ray Wisniewski.
Transcripts associated with the lawsuit show that identical claims to the diet were made by both Nutrimost and the defendant, Healthy Living. Even after getting a letter of cease-and-desist from Federal Court, Healthy Living continued with the video, only shortening it.
Even though it seems the video is off the Healthy Living website, Nutrimost is asking the Federal Court to keep Healthy Choice from ever showing it again. And, Nutrimost is seeking at least $300,000 in damages from Healthy LIving.
Dr. Wisniewski says that he is a practitioner of “pastoral medicine”, which is the practice of scriptural health and science. There has been no comment by Healthy Living over the matter.
